Diamond Appraisal Management Executives, DAMECO, is a real estate appraisal management company (AMC), offering clients and appraisers the use of DAMECO’s exclusive mobile app to make their jobs easier and to streamline the appraisal process. DAMECO provides real estate appraisal management services for lenders, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, bankers, private investors, lawyers, insurance agents, and accountants in multiple states. The goal in creating DAMECO’s mobile app is to provide an industry solution to reduce complaints, decrease turn times, save money for clients and improve communication.

Appraisers can accept or decline new orders, update an order status, enter inspection and estimated completion dates, map the subject’s location, call or email the borrower directly from order details, and view complete order information while out in the field.
