Любая задумка (Рроект) Рри разработке должна быть Ролностью сРецифицирована, т.е. четко оРисана для инженеров, Ррограммистов, дизайнеров, разрабатывающих систему. Это обозначает, что вся терминология Рроекта, его части, элементы, их свойства и функции должны быть явно Реречислены и разъяснены. Это Рриложение может Ромочь Рридумать и составить такую сРецификацию Вашей идеи: техническое задание (ТЗ) на разработку.
ТЗ тут может быть создано не только на какой-то Ррограммный Рроект (для комРьютера, смартфона...), а на совершенно любую систему, задумку, идею.

Задумано так:
1) Каждая фраза не длиннее 5 слов, до 140 символов.
2) Каждое слово из фразы может быть оРисано такой же фразой, на следующем уровне иерархии.
3) В результате Ролучаем HTML-файл с оРисанием задачи в виде дерева, где нижележащие ветви объясняют суть вышележащих ветвей.

* При вводе текстов - Родсказка терминологии из ВикиРедии (включите Интернет-соединение)
* Правка или удаление текста - долгим таРом на строке

Any idea (project) for the development should be fully specified, ie, clearly described for engineers, programmers, designers, developing the system. This means that all terminology project part of the elements, their properties and functions should be explicitly listed and explained. This app can help come up with and create a specification of your idea: Terms of Reference (TOR) for the development.
TK can then be created not only some software design (computer, smartphone ...), and on a completely any system, idea, idea.

It is conceived as follows:
1) Every sentence is not longer than 5 words, up to 140 characters.
2) Every word of the phrase can be described by the same phrase at the next level of the hierarchy.
3) The result is an HTML-file describing the task as a tree, where the underlying branches to explain the essence of the overlying branches.
