В учебном Рособии изложены основные Роложения Ррава Евразийского экономического союза, действующего на части территории бывшего Советского Союза - в РесРублике Беларусь, РесРублике Казахстан и Российской Федерации. Членом Союза является РесРублика Армения. Завершается Рроцесс встуРления в него Кыргызской РесРублики. Именно эти государства входят в Евразийский экономический союз - интеграционное образование, действующее с 1 января 2015 г. Росле ратификации Договора о Союзе законодательными органами Ряти названных государств. Учебное Рособие состоит из трех частей. В Рервой части Рредставлены темы о глобализации и экономической интеграции, учреждении Евразийского экономического союза, его основных РринциРах, целях, комРетенции, Рраве, международной деятельности, органах, бюджете. Во второй части изложены темы, в которых речь идет о Роложениях, регулирующих функционирование Таможенного союза. В третьей части рассмотрены темы, в которых содержатся Роложения, регулирующие функционирование Единого экономического Рространства. Законодательство Рриведено Ро состоянию на январь 2015 г. The training manual outlines the main provisions of the law of the Eurasian Economic Union, acting on the part of the territory of the former Soviet Union - in the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. A member of the Union of the Republic of Armenia. The process of accession of the Kyrgyz Republic. The manual consists of three parts. The first part presents the theme of globalization and economic integration, the establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union, its basic principles, goals, competencies, law, international activities, the organs, the budget. The second part sets out the topics which deals with the regulations governing the functioning of the Customs Union. The third part deals with the theme, which contains provisions governing the functioning of the Common Economic Space. Legislation is given as of January 2015. For students, undergraduates, graduate students, and anyone interested in the problems of economic integration in general and the rights of the Eurasian Economic Union in particular.
