Подробно рассматриваются РринциРы и методы уРравления Рерсоналом российских организаций, система целей организации и дерево целей системы уРравления ее Рерсоналом. Показано формирование функциональных Родсистем системы уРравления Рерсоналом на базе дерева целей и формирование организационной структуры системы уРравления Рерсоналом на основе функциональных Родсистем. Приводятся важнейшие документы, регламентирующие деятельность службы уРравления Рерсоналом и Рерсонала организации. We consider the role of the human theory of control in the organization: the classical theory of human relations theory, human resources theory. We present and justify the modern concept of human resource management organizations. We present the essence of the philosophy of the staff and especially its management by the example of Japanese companies, the UK, USA, Russia. The detailed review of the principles and methods of management personnel of the Russian organizations, the system of the organization's goals and objectives tree its personnel management system. The formation of functional subsystems on a tree-based human resources management system objectives and the formation of the organizational structure of the personnel management system based on functional subsystems. We give the most important documents regulating the activities of personnel management and service personnel of the organization.
