قد يخسر الكثير من الأفراد القيم الروحانية في رمضان .و يصبح رمضان لديهم شكل من أشكال العبادة و يصوم من الصباح إلي المساء لمجرد أن الجميع من حولنا يصوم . و ننسي أنه حان الوقت لتنقية قلوبنا و نفوسنا من كل شر و أن نتوسل إلي المولي عز وجل بالغفران و أن يعتق رقابنا من النار . و قال الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم ” رغم أنف رجل دخل عليه رمضان ثم إنسلخ منه قبل أن يغفر له ، رغم أنف رجل أدرك عنده أبواه الكبر فلم يدخلاه الجنة ” صححه الألباني في جامع الترمذي .
