انطلاقاً من توجيهات القيادة بأمانة المنطقة الشرقية ممثلة بمعالي أمين المنطقة الشرقية المستمرة فإن مركز المعلومات والحاسب الآلي لا يدخر جهداً من أجل النهوض بأداء الأمانة الإداري والفني بما يتناسب مع تطلعات المسؤولين بالأمانة وبما يتماشى مع التطورات الكبيرة والقفزات العالية التي يشهدها العالم على صعيد ثورة المعلومات والشبكات الآلية والخدمات الإلكترونية.
