قرن من الفلفل الاخضر الحار مفروم فرما ناعما ويمكن الاستعاضة عنه برشة من الفلفل الاحمر الحريف المطحون
الطريقة:
العجينة تفرد دوائر في صواني الخبز كما ذكرنا سابقا
يتم اعداد الحشوة بخلط جميع المقادير في وعاء خلطا جيدا
توزع الحشوة بالتساوي على دوائر العجينة
تخبز في فرن ساخن لمدة 10-15 دقيقة حتى يحمر اسفلها وينضج اللحم
تقدم ساخنة الى جانب اللبن الزبادي او شرائح الليمون '
