يعتبر هذا التطبيق الإصدار الرسمي من الهلال الاحمر الفلسطيني للمواطن بحيث يتيح لك الوصول الفوري إلى المعلومات التي تحتاج الى معرفتها وتعلمها والتي تساعدك في كيفية التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة الأكثر شيوعا , وكيفية اسعافها. مع توضيح الية العمل من خلال مقاطع الفيديو المرفقة مع التطبيق، كما يحتوي هذا التطبيق على جزيئة للاختبار الذاتي
للمستخدم للمعلومات التي تلقاها بما يسهل عملية التعلم والاستفادة.
