التهجد وقيام الليل

قيام الليل يعتبر قيام من أعظم الطاعات عند الله وأكثرها قربةً من الله سبحانه وتعالى، وهي عبارة عن قيام جزء من الليل أو حتى قيام الليل كله بالصلاة والدعاء وقراءة القرآن وذكر الله سبحانه وتعالى ومناجاته، ولا يُشترط النوم قبله، أمّا وقت قيام الليل فيبدأ بعد صلاة العشاء حتى طلوع الفجر، أمّا الأسباب المُيسرة لقيام الليل فتتمثل فيما يلي. الأسباب الميسرة لقيام الليل معرفة فضل قيام الليل وثوابه عند الله سبحانه وتعالى. عدم الإكثار من الطعام والشراب. عدم ترك القيلولة في ساعات النهار. محاولة تجنب ارتكاب المعاصي. النوم على الجانب الأيمن من الجسم. التوجه بالدعاء لله سبحانه وتعالي بأن يعين الشخص على قيام الليل. أكل الحلال والابتعاد عن الحرام. كثرة الاستغفار. لقيام الليل ثواب وأجر عظيم عند الله سبحانه وتعالى، ولا يعلمه أحدٌ من الخلق سوى الله سبحانه وتعالى، فقيام الليل يرفع مكانة العبد عند ربه، ويعمل على زيادة السكينة والطمأنينة وزرع الراحة في النفس، وفيها يناجي المؤمن ربهُ ويستغفره فيجيب الله سبحانه وتعالى طلبه ويغفر له، ولذلك فإنَّ أفضل الأوقات لقيام الليل تكون في الثلث الأخير من الليل، وقيام الليل مكفرة للسيئات ومثبتة للنفس، وفيها اقتداء بالرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم-. صلاة التهجد التهجد عبارة عن الصلاة في الليل وتكون بعد النوم، وهي من أنواع صلاة النافلة، ويبدأ وقتها بعد صلاة العشاء حتى طلوع الفجر. يُعتبر التهجد من قيام الليل، فكل تهجد قيام ليل، وليس كل قيام ليل تهجداً. كان الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يصلي صلاة التهجد بعد رقدة، ثم صلاة بعد رقدة، وهذا ما يسمى بصلاة التهجد. كيفية صلاة التهجد أمّا كيفية صلاة التهجد فتكون ركعتين ركعتين، ويُفضل ختمها بركعة الوتر، ويمكن الاكتفاء بإحدى عشرة ركعة، أو ثلاث عشرة ركعة كما ثبت عن الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، فلم يكن يزيدها عن ذلك. الفرق بين قيام الليل والتهجد يبدأ قيام الليل يبدأ وقتهُ بعد صلاة العشاء حتى طلوع الفجر، ويكون قيام الليل بالصلاة وقراءة ما تيسر من القرآن الكريم والتوجه إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى بالدعاء واستغفاره ومناجاته، أمّا التهجد فهو خاص بالصلاة، حيث تكون الصلاة بعد رقدة، لذلك يمكن للأشخاص الذين يجدون صعوبةً في الاستيقاظ في أول الليل الاستيقاظ في الثلث الأخير منه والقيام بصلاة التهجد، حيث إنَّ الثلث الأخير من أفضل الأوقات لقيام الليل، ويُعتبر التهجد من قيام الليل، فكل تهجد هو قيام ليل ولكن ليس كل قيام ليل تهجداً.

قيام الليل : " هو قضاء الليل ، أو جزءا منه ولو ساعة ، في الصلاة وتلاوة القرآن وذكر الله ، ونحو ذلك من العبادات , ولا يشترط أن يكون مستغرقا لأكثر الليل .

وجاء في مراقي الفلاح : معنى القيام أن يكون مشتغلا معظم الليل بطاعة , وقيل : ساعة منه , يقرأ القرآن أو يسمع الحديث أو يسبح أو يصلي على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " انتهى . باختصار من "الموسوعة الفقهية الكويتية" (34/ 117) .

قيام الليل لقد أنعم الله علينا بالإسلام، وكانت الصلاة من أهم ما يربطُ الإنسان بربه، وقد جعل منها ما هو فرض ومكتوب، تُؤدى بأوقاتٍ زمنية مُعينة، وجعل منها ما هو نافلة، يتقربُ الإنسان بها إلى ربه في كل وقتٍ وكلّ حين، والنوافل كثيرة، منها صلاة الضحى التي تؤدى في وقت الضحى، وصلاة التسابيح، والتي تُعدُّ من الصلوات التي يُستحبُ على الإنسان تأديتها، وفضلاً عن صلاة قيام الليل، والتي تُعتبر مفتاحاً لقرب العبد من ربه. وقت قيام الليل وفضله قيام الليل هو من النوافل التي جعلها الله سبحانه وتعالى لتكون سبباً في زيادة الصلة بين العبد وربه، وقد كان لنا رسولنا الكريم القدوة الحسنة في جميع مجالات الحياة، فقد كان عليه الصلاة والسلام يقوم الليل وحثَّ أهله وأصحابه على المواظبة والمحافظة على هذه النافلة، لما لقيام الليل من فضلٍ وأجرٍ عظيم عند الله سبحانه وتعالى. ويكون قيامُ الليل من بعد صلاةِ العشاءِ حتى وقت صلاة الفجر، ولكنّ الثلث الأخير من الليل هو أفضل وقت لقيام الليل، ويُستحب الصلاة وقراءة القرآن والاستغفار في هذا الوقت، ففيه يتنزلُ ربُ الكونِ إلى السماء الدنيا منادياً هل من مُستغفرٍ فأغفر له. ويُعتبر قيام الليل دليلاً واضحاً وصريحاً على قوة إيمان الإنسان، لأنه يُلبي نداء الله، تاركاً لذة النوم ولذة الحياة الدنيا، ليقف أمام يدي رب الكون داعياً، وراجياً المولى أن يغفر له ويرحمه ويهدي قلبه ويشرح صدره للإيمان، ولم تُحدد عدد ركعات قيام الليل، فكل إنسان يُصلي العدد الذي يقدر عليه، فديننا دين يُسرٍ لا عُسر؛ لذلك فتارك صلاة قيام الليل لا يُعاقب، ولكنه يخسر أجراً ومكانة عظيمة عند الله سبحانه وتعالى
