الحصن الثالث من مفرج الكروب ومفرح القلوب للنبهانى APPLICATION description
يوسف بن إسماعيل بن يوسف بن إسماعيل بن محمد ناصر الدين النبهاني، القاضي الفقيه الصوفي، والشاعر الأديب، المكثر من مدائح رسول الله محمد تأليفاً ونقلاً وروايةً وإنشاءً وتدويناً[1]، (1265- 1350هـ = 1849-
1932م). ونسبته إلى بنى نبهان من عرب البادية بفلسطين، استوطنوا قرية إجزِم -وولد فيها- التابعة لحيفا في شمالي فلسطين. تعلم بالأزهر الشريف بمصر (سنة 1283- 1289هـ)، وتلقى فيها على أكابر علماء الأزهر.
تولى نيابة القضاء في قضية جنين من أعمال نابلس، ثم سافر إلى الآستانة، واشتغل بالتحرير في جريدة الجوائب، وتصحيح الكتب العربية، ثم عين قاضياً في كوي سنجق الكردية، ثم رئيساً لمحكمة الجزاء باللاذقية، ثم
محكمة الجزاء بالقدس، ثم رقى إلى رئاسة محكمة الحقوق ببيروت، ولما أحيل للتقاعد سافر إلى المدينة المنورة، فجاور بها مدة، ثم عاد إلى بلاده وبقى فيها حتى توفي سنة 1932 م. Yusuf bin Ismail bin Yusuf bin
