مشاري بن راشد بن غريب بن محمد بن راشد العفاسي إمام المسجد الكبير بدولة الكويت وخطيب في وزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية بدولة الكويت، صاحب أول قناة إسلامية كويتية قناة العفاسي الفضائية. وقارئ القرآن الكريم ومنشد ديني كويتي. يتمتع بصوت عذب وقوة في التحكم بطبقات الصوت وروعة الأداء واتقان في أحكام التلاوة والتجويد والقراءات . له العديد من الإصدارات التي انتشرت في الوطن العربي والإسلامي والعالم.

هو مشاري بن راشد بن غريب بن محمد بن راشد العفاسي، من مواليد دولة الكويت ليوم الأحد 11 رمضان 1396 هـ / الموافق 5 سبتمبر 1976م، متزوج وأب لابنتان، يكنى بأبي نور. هو قاريء للقراّن الكريم و منشد .
يتمتع بصوت عذب وقوة في التحكم بطبقات الصوت و روعة الأداء.له العديد من الإصدارات التي انتشرت في الوطن العربي والإسلامي والعالم.
درس في السعودية بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة النبوية تحديدا بكلية القرآن الكريم والدراسات الإسلامية تخصص القراءات العشر والتفسير. ولقد تتلمذ الشيخ والمنشد على أيدي كبار علماء ومقرئي علماء المدينة النبوية في كلية القراءات. وصل في منحى دراساته إلى السنة الثالثة. أجيز القارئ في قراءة عاصم رواية حفص من طريق الشاطبية وسافر القارئ مشاري إلى مصر للحصول على إجازات من كبار مقرئي العالم الإسلامي.
