أهم ما يعتني به المسلم في حياته اليومية ، هو العمل بسنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في جميع حركاته وسكناته وأقواله وأفعاله حتى ينظم حياته على سنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم كلها من الصباح إلى المساء

ولهذا تم تصميم برنامج الف سنة في اليوم و الليلة لإحياءً سنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في واقع المسلمين في حياتهم اليومية، في عبادتهم وفي نومهم وفي أكلهم وشربهم وفي تعاملهم مع الناس وفي طهورهم وفي دخولهم وخروجهم ولباسهم وسائر حركاتهم وسكناتهم .
