قال أبو الحسن علي بن الحسن الهنائي: هذا كتاب ألفته فيما اجتمعت عليه الخاصة والعامة من الألفاظ التي عمت مرائيها وخصت معانيها، وجعلته ستة أبواب
فالباب الأول منها: في ذكر أعضاءِ البَدَن من الرَّأسِ إلى القَدَم
والباب الثاني: في ذكر صنوف الحيوان: من الناس والسباع والبهائم والهوام
والباب الثالث: في ذكر الطير: الصوائد منها، والبغاث، وغير ذلك
والباب الرابع: في ذكر السلاح وما قاربه
والباب الخامس: في ذكر السماء وما يليها
والباب السادس: في ذكر الأرض وما عليها. وفي هذا الباب ثمانية وعشرون فصلا على عدد حروف الهجاء من الألف إلي الياء. وأثبت في كل باب منها ما قصدت له من الحروف المتشابهة بأجناسها، وما يسنح من الشواهد عليها مما تكون فيه الدلالة، دون الإكثار والإطالة. وبالله التوفيق والتسديد، ومنه العون والتأييد Abu Ali al-Hasan ibn al-Hasan al Hinai said: This is a book I met him familiarity with both private and public of the terms that pervaded Mraiaha and summarized their meanings, and made six doors

Part II: In the male animal forms: from the people and wild animals and beasts and vermin
And Part III: In the male bird: Alsoaid them, Albgat, etc.
And Part IV: In the said arms and his boat
And Part V: in the male sky ff.
And Part VI: to mention the earth and everything in it. In this section, twenty-eight chapters on the number of letters of the alphabet from A to Z. And it proved in each section, including what I meant to him of similar letters Bojnasha, and have the chance of the evidence upon which it will be significant, and without a lot prolongation. God and guidance and wisdom, and from the help and support
