الهجرة إلى دبي Prank

كتدبير أمني، سلطات الهجرة في مطار دبي الدولي تجري الآن فحصاً عشوائياً للعين لزوار دبي.
يجب على الزوار المتقدمين لفحص العين إبراز نسخة مطبوعة من تأشيرة الدخول أو نسخة مطبوعة من صفحة تأكيد رقم تأشيرة الدخول في مكتب الفحص.
في حال عدم حملكم النسخة المطلوبة، تطبّق رسوم بقيمة 30 درهماً لكل نسخة - تدفع فقط بإستخدام الدرهم الإماراتي.

1- البحث عن العمل:
على الراغبين بالعمل في دبي أن يقوموا باتصالاتهم و بمساعيهم شخصيا و بشكل مباشر مع الجهات التي يعنيهم العمل لصالحها. ذلك أن السفارة لا تتدخل بأي شكل من الأشكال في هذا المضمار
و يقتصر القسم القنصلي في هذا المجال على التصديق على الوثائق التي تطلب من الحاصل على وظيفة في الدولة من أجل استكمال إجراءات الإقامة مثل التصديق على الشهادات الدراسية- شهادات الميلاد- عقود الزواج...الخ .

2- الإقامة :
إذا حصل الأجنبي على وظيفة في دبي ، فإن إجراءات الحصول على إقامة في الدولة تتم محليا و يقوم بها رب العمل الذي يكفل موظفه الجديد و يقوم نيابة عنه بالإجراءات اللازمة.

3- ملاحظات هامة :
- على الأجنبي الذي دخل دبي للزيارة و حصل على وظيفة أن يغادر الدولة حتى يستكمل كفيله إجراءات طلب رخصة الإقامة للعودة و مزاولة وظيفته.
- لا يمكن لأجنبي دخل الدولة كزائر أن يزاول إي عمل بأجر أو بدون أجر.
- ينطبق ما ورد أعلاه أيضا على مواطني الدول المعفية من الطلب المسبق للتأشيرة.

3. Important Notes:
- A foreigner who entered Dubai to visit and got a job to leave the state until his sponsor complete application procedures residence permit to return and carry out his job.
- Can not to a foreign state's income as a visitor to practice any work paid or unpaid.
- Applies also to citizens of the above countries exempted from the prior request for a visa.
