◉ لعبة تحدي الحركات و المهارات.

◉ مميزات اللعبة:-
1- تحتوي اللعبة على نوعين من التحدي ( تحدي المهارات ) و ( تحدي التركيز ) وكل قسم يحتوي على مشاهد لمهارات رائعة.
2- يوجد عداد حتى تستطيع إنهاء الحركة بالوقت المطلوب .

◉ طريقة اللعب:-
- يجب أولاً مشاهدة الحركة أكثر من مرة حتى تستطيع فعلها بشكل سليم.
- يجب أن يكون لديك صديق يقّيم الحركة هل قمت بها بشكل صحيح أو يجب إعادتها.

◉ أنواع التحديات :-
- تحدي الحركات الكروية.
- تحدي العارضة .
- تحدي الدقدقة .
- اللعبة تقول لك لوخيروك ما بين تكون لاعب مهاري أو لو خيروك أن تكون لاعب ذو دقة عالية.
- مشاركة حركاتك عبر سنابنا الموجود داخل اللعة ( لعبه تحدي الحركات ).

◉ تنبيه:-
- يجب الإحماء جيداً قبل البدء في تنفيذ الحركة.
- يجب أن تكون تحت إشراف مدرب معتمد لأن بعض الحركات قد تحدث لك إصابة نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي إصابة او غير ذلك تجاه اللاعب او المكان المحيط به من اي ضرر كان ، اللعبة مجرد للتسلية فقط والاطلاع والاستفادة .
- يجب أن يكون المكان مناسب والحذاء الرياضي مناسب .

◉ الأدوات اللازمة توفرها:-
1- كرة قدم من النوع الجيد .
2- مكان مناسب للعب .

◉ أنواع التحديات:-
- تحدي الحركات الكروية.
- تحدي العارضه .
- تحدي الدقدقة .
- تحدي ضرب الكورة فوق العارضة .
- تحدي تدخل الكورة بالبرميل .
- جلسه كروية رائعة .
- لوخيروك بين أن تكون لاعب ذو مهارة او لو خيروك بين ان تكون لاعب ذو دقة عالية .

◆ قد يقول البعض ان المهارات لا تفيد في الملعب وخاصه في بعض فنون الفريستايل فوتبول حيث هي فنون استعراضيه من الدرجه الاولى، هذا الكلام غير صحيح حيث ان الفريستايل بعد فتره من الممارسه يعطي الاعب الكنترول الرائع والحس الكروي وزياده الثقه في الملعب غير اللياقه العالية المكتسبة.
◆ الفريستايل ليس فن عشوائي بل هو فن له دروسه وله مقاماته فمن الامور التى تذكر انه لايوجد مهاره في الفريستايل ليس لها اسم.
◆ الفريستايل الان لعبه لها حكامها ولها بطولاتها المنتشره في جميع انحاء العالم بل ولها كاس عالم.

◉ تنبيه:-
● يجب أن لاتُمارس اللعبة أو التطبيق (تحدي الحركات) دون إشراف من مُدرب خاص قد تتعرض للإصابة أو غير ذلك، فاللعبة مجرد تسلية و نُخلِي مسؤوليتنا عن أي إصابة يتعرض لها الطفل أو استخدام خاطئ للعبة.
● لعبه تحدي المهارات و الحركات Freestyle football كسائر الالعاب الرياضيه تحتاج الى تسخين قبلها والتسخين هنا قد يكون اهم من باقي الرياضات خاصه وان كان الاعب في فتره تعلم الحركه حيث اصاب العديد من لاعبين هذه اللعبه التمزقات وحتى الاصابات الاخطر من التمزقات بسبب عدم التسخين.
● يجب التسخين والإحماء قبل البدء.
● يجب أن يكون المكان جلسة مناسب لممارسة رياضة الفري ستايل .
● يجب أن يكون الحذاء و الملابس مناسبة أيضاً للممارسة اللعبة.

◉ ملاحظة:-
- كل يوم جميعة راح يتم إضافة 50 حركة وتحدي جديد .
