العارف بالله سيدي محمد وفا رضي الله عنه

كان من أكابر العارفين، وأخبر ولده سيدي علي رضي الله عنه أنه هو خاتم الأولياء صاحب الرتبة العلية، وكان أميناً وله لسان غريب في علوم القوم، ومؤلفاته كثيرة ألفها في صباه، وهو ابن سبع سنين أو عشر فضلا عن كونه كهلا، وله رموز في منظوماته، ومنثوراته مطلسمة إلى وقتنا هذا لم يفك أحد فيما نعلم معناها، ولما دنت وفاته خلع منطقته على الأبزاري صاحب الموشحات، وقال هي وديعة عندك حتى تخلعها على ولدي علي فعمل أيام كانت المنطقة عنده الموشحات الظريفة إلى أن كبر
سيدي علي فخلعها عليه ثم رجع لا يعرف يعمل موشحاً كما أخبرني عن نفسه رضي الله تعالى عنه

قيامك عن استقامة تقويم المدد وغيبني في ظلمة ذاتك التي تحجز فيها الأبصار، والبصائر ويستحيل فيها معارف العقول الإلهية ذات الأسرار، والسرائر، وأستغفرك بلسان الحق لا بلسان الوقاية والنظر بعين التلاشي لا بعين الرعاية، والجذب بسر العدم لا بقوة الهداية، والتلاشي ينفي الرسم لا برسوم الولاية سبحانك من وجه ما أنت لا من وجه ما أنا سبحانك من وجه الوجه المتنزه عن وسم الأسماء والكنى سبحانك في الحيث الذي لا يلتحق به البقاء، ولا الفناء أحاشيك عن العلم، والقول، وأنزهك عن القوة، والحول، وأشاكل لا في المنة، والطول، وأمد لك يد التأييد لا يد الوسيلة، وأسألك بسبح التفضل لا فضل الفضيلة،
وأعوذ بك من تحليل التحويل، ومحاولات الحيلة اللهم أرني، وجهك لا من حيث كل شيء هالك، وأسألك بي لا سبيل المهالك، والهالك اللهم إني أسألك بذات عدمك، وبذات وجودك، وبالذات المجردة، وبالذات المتصفة بذات التكوين، والتلوين، وبالذات الفاعلة، وبالذات المنفعلة اللهم اجعلني عيناً لذات الذوات، ومشرقاً لأنوارها المشرقات، ومستودعاً لأسرارها المكتتمة في غيوبها المبهمات اللهم إني أنزهك لا لتنزيه الحسن لك عن أوصاف الجسم، والنفس عن شهوات الطبع والعقل، وأخلاق النفس، والقلب، وأنزهك عن كل ذلك، ونده، ومثله، وخلافه، وغيره تنزيهاً معجوزاً عن تصوره، وتوهمه، وكان رضى الله عنه يقول قال لي الحق أيها المخصوص لك عند كل شيء مقدار، ولا مقدار لك عندي فإنه لا يسعني غيرك، وليس مثلك شيء أنت عين حقيقتي، وكل شيء مجازك، وأنا موجود في الحقيقة معدوم في المجاز يا عين مطلعي أنت الحد الجامع المانع لمصنوعاتي
