حكم اسقاط الجنين

اهتَمّت الشريعة الإسلاميّة بالإنسان وتفاصيل حياته اهتِماماً كبيراً، وجاءَ هذا الاهتمامُ عاماً شاملاً، حتّى شمل جَميع مَراحل حياة الإنسان ابتداءً من ثُبوت وجوده في بطن أمه؛ حيث ثبت في تلك المَرحلة حقّ الجنين في الحياة، وعدم جواز الاعتداء عليه قبل ولادته، إن ثبت بحسب المُعطيات العلميّة والشرعية تمام خلقته وسلامته صحياً، ما دام في بطن أمه، وحتى بَعدَ ولادته حياً سليماً؛ حيثُ أثبتت الشريعة له حقّه في الرضاعة الصحية التامة، والحضانة، والتربية والتنشئة الصالحة، وغيرها الكثير من مظاهر الاهتمام بالإنسان والحقوق المادية والمعنوية، فما المقصود بإسقاط الجنين؟ وما حكمه الشرعي؟ Focused on Islamic law in human beings and the details of his great interest, it came this attention-year comprehensive, even including all stages of human life from the proven presence in the belly of his mother; it has been proven at that stage the right of the fetus to life, and the inadmissibility of attacking him before his birth, if proven, according to data scientific legitimacy fully created and safety of health, as long as in the belly of his mother, and even after he was born alive intact; where he proved the law has the right to health breastfeeding full, nursery, education and good upbringing, and many other aspects of interest in human beings and material and moral rights, what is meant Ba Qat fetus?
