حكم وأقوال البصري

الحسن بن يسار البصري (21هـ/642م - 110هـ/728م) إمام وعالم من علماء أهل السنة والجماعة يكنى بـأبي سعيد ولد قبل سنتين من نهاية خلافة عمر بن الخطاب في المدينة عام واحد وعشرين من الهجرة، كانت أم الحسن تابعة لخدمة أم سلمة، فترسلها في حاجاتها فيبكي الحسن وهو طفل فترضعه أم سلمة لتسكته وبذلك رضع من أم سلمة، وتربى في بيت النبوة. كانت أم سلمة تخرجه إلى الصحابة فيدعون له، ودعا له عمر بن الخطاب، فقال "اللهم فقهه في الدين وحببه إلى الناس". حفظ الحسن القرآن في العاشرة من عمره.

اسمه ونسبه وقبيلته
هو الحسن بن أبي الحسن يسار ،أبو سعيد، مولى زيد بن ثابت الأنصاري، ويقال: مولى أبي اليسر كعب بن عمرو السلمي. وكان أبوه مولى جميل بن قطبة وهو من سبي ميسان، سكن المدينة وأُعتِق وتزوج بها في خلافة عمر بن الخطاب فولد له بها الحسن -رحمة الله عليه- لسنتين بقيتا من خلافة عمر. وأمه خيرة مولاة لأم سلمة أم المؤمنين كانت تخدمها، وربما أرسلتها في الحاجة فتشتغل عن ولدها الحسن وهو رضيع فتشاغله أم سلمة برضاعته، فكانوا يرون أن تلك الحكمة والعلوم التي أوتيها الحسن من بركة تلك الرضاعة من أم المؤمنين زوجة رسول الله، ثم كان وهو صغير تخرجه أمه إلى الصحابة فيدعون له، وكان في جملة من يدعو له عمر بن الخطاب، قال: ((اللهم فقهه في الدين وحببه إلى الناس)).
