درس علوم الطيران المدني في المملكة المتحدة عام 1977م وتخرج برتبة طيار وتدرج في المناصب حتى صار قائداً في الأسطول الجوي الأميري
الخبرات الوطنية
ترأس جمعية الطيارين ومهندسي الطيران الكويتية في العديد من الدورات وكان اهتمامه منصبا على تحقيق كافة المطالب النقابية العادلة وتحقيق مبدأ العدالة الاجتماعية
قاد حملة احتجاج جريئة عام 1996م وتكللت بتحقيق العديد من مطالب الطيارين ومهندسي الطيران
قام بواجبه الوطني أثناء الغزو العراقي الغاشم وساهم في تقديم المساعدات المادية والمعنوية للأسر الكويتية والوافدة كما ساهم في إخفاء الطيارين البريطانيين والأجانب عن أعين مخابرات النظام البعثي وقد اعتقل في الشهر 11/1990م ومعه بعض من أصحابه وحكم عليهم بالإعدام من قبل الطاغية “علي حسن المجيد ” و أنقذه الله تعالى من هذه المحنة الصعبة عام 8/3/1991م على أيدي ثوار انتفاضة الشعب العراقي في الجنوب في منطقة الديوانية
له العديد من المساهمات النقابية والتعاونية ومنها نشاطات الجمعية التعاونية في منطقة الرميثية لأكثر من 15عام
أسس العديد من حملات الحج وشارك في الكثير من النشاطات الإسلامية والثقافية وكان في كل منها يؤكد على العمل الخيري والتطوع لمثل هذه النشاطات التي ترضي الله تعالى Captain MP Khalil al-Saleh member of the Kuwaiti National Assembly
Civil Aviation Sciences studied in the United Kingdom in 1977 and graduated at the pilot and included in the positions until he became a leader in the Emiri Air Fleet

He headed the pilots and flight engineers of Kuwait Society in several courses and was interested in a position to achieve all the demands of fair trade union and the achievement of the principle of social justice
He led a daring protest campaign in 1996 and culminated in the achievement of many of the demands of the pilots and flight engineers
The national duty during the Iraqi invasion and contributed to the provision of moral and material assistance to the families of the Kuwaiti and expatriate also contributed to hide British pilots and foreigners from the eyes of the intelligence of the Baathist regime was arrested in the month 11/1990 AD, along with some of his companions and sentenced to death by the tyrant, "Ali Hassan al-Majid" and God saved him from this difficult ordeal in 8/3/1991 at the hands of the rebels of the Iraqi people uprising in the south in Diwaniyah area
Many of his trade union and cooperative contributions, including cooperative activities in Rumaithiya area for more than 15 years
