دستور تونس

دستور الجمهورية التونسية 2014 هو دستور صادق عليه المجلس الوطني التأسيسي التونسي في 26 يناير 2014 والذي تم إنتخابه في 23 أكتوبر 2011 بعد سنتين ونصف من العمل المتواصل، وتم ختمه في 27 يناير 2014 في جلسة من قبل:

رئيس الجمهورية التونسية: المنصف المرزوقي
رئيس الحكومة التونسية: علي العريض
رئيس المجلس الوطني التأسيسي التونسي: مصطفى بن جعفر
بحضور عشرات الشخصيات التونسية وعشرات من السفراء والضيوف الأجانب في تونس.
جاء هذا الدستور نتيجة للثورة التونسية التي أطاحت بالرئيس زين العابدين بن علي ونظامه.
بعد سقوط نظام بن علي تم تعليق العمل بدستور 1959، وتم تعويضه بدستور تونس المؤقت 2011، والذي أخيرا تبعه هذا الدستور الرسمي.
يعتبر هذا الدستور الثالث في تاريخ تونس المعاصر بعد دستور تونس 1861، ودستور تونس 1959.
تمت المصادقة على هذا الدستور بموافقة 200 نائب، وإعتراض 12، وتحفظ 4، أي 216 نائب من جملة 217، لشغور مكان محمد البراهمي الذي اغتيل.
حضر جلسة المصادقة على الدستور شخصيات دولية كرؤساء مجالس النواب العربية والعالمية وسفراء البلدان الأجنبية في تونس وممثلي المنظمات الدولية العالمية كالأمم المتحدة والإتحاد الأوروبي، وكذلك شخصيات من المنظمات الحقوقية الدولية. In the presence of dozens of Tunisian personalities and dozens of ambassadors and foreign guests in Tunisia.
This constitution came as a result of the Tunisian revolution that ousted President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and his regime.
After the fall of the Ben Ali regime was suspended the Constitution of 1959, and was replaced by the Constitution of Tunisia interim 2011, which was finally followed by the formal constitution.
This third constitution in the contemporary history of Tunisia is considered after the Constitution of Tunisia 1861, the Constitution of Tunisia 1959.
It was approved with the approval of this Constitution, 200 deputies and 12 objection, reservation and 4, ie 216 deputy of the total 217, for the vacant place of Mohammed Brahman, who was assassinated.
Ratification of the Constitution, international figures as heads of Arab and international councils deputies and ambassadors of foreign countries in Tunisia and representatives of global international organizations like the United Nations and the European Union attended the meeting, as well as personalities from the international human rights organizations.
