رواية المستمعون للكاتب إبراهيم السعيد رواية خيال علمي، تدور حول فكرة مبتكرة لم أقرأ عنها بهذه الكيفية من قبل في أي عمل، والملفت أن العمل من أوله لآخره لا تشعر أنه مستنسخ أو يحاكي عمل أجنبي.
(تقدمت نحو الركن المظلم، فبدأ الظلام يرتفع شيئا فشيئا، وجدت نفسها تسير في ممر لا تعرفه، وتدخل غرفة غير واضحة المعالم, لم تميز فيها سوى مكتب ضخم، وظل رجل يجلس خلفه. جلست أمامه وهي تحاول اختراق الظلام لتري وجهه، دون فائدة. بدأ الرجل يتكلم، فلم تفهمه.. كانت حروف متقطعة في البداية، ثم اتضحت الكلمات:

هناك أمور أخرى تستحق نجوما أخرى رغم أنف جودريدز الذى تنص قوانينه على أن خمس نجوم هى أفضل ما قد يحصل عليه كتاب ما.
