مائة عام من العزلة رواية للكاتب غابرييل غارثيا ماركيث، نشرت عام 1967، وطبع منها قرابة الثلاثين مليون نسخة، وترجمت إلى ثلاثين لغة وقد كتبها ماركيث عام 1965 في المكسيك. بعد ذلك بسنتين نشرت سودا أمريكانا للنشر في الأرجنتين ثمانية ألف نسخة.
يبرز في هذه الرواية ( مائة عام من العزلة ) عنصر الخيال الذي يأخذ بالقارئ لعالم ماكوندو وحياته البسيطة التي لا تلبث تنغصها صراعات بين المحافظين والأحرار وغيرها من الصعاب. كما تمتد أحداث هذه القصة على مدة عشرة عقود من الزمن، وتتوالى الشخصيات وما يترافق معها من أحداث برع المؤلف في سردها وأبدع في تصوير الأحداث والمشاكل وفي وضع النهاية لهذه العائلة عبر العودة إلى إحدى الأساطير القديمة التي لطالما آمنت بها أورسولا.
