سیره ائمه اطهار

هنگامی که از سبك زندگي سخن مي‌گوييم اولاً باید شيوه زندگي ساختار‌مند باشد و سيستمي به قضيه نگاه كرد نه تك‌رفتاري؛ ثانياً متأثر از باورها و ارزش‌ها باشد. به عبارت ديگر، رفتار نهادينه شده را سبك زندگي مي‌گوييم.

«و اعلم أن لکل ظاهر و باطناً علی مثاله فما طاب ظاهره طاب باطنه و ما خبث ظاهره خبث باطنه. .. واعلم انّ لکل عمل نباتاً و کلّ نبات لا غنی به عن الماء والمیاه مختلفة فما طاب سقیه طاب عرسه وحلت ثمرته وما خبث سقیه خبث غرسه وامرت ثمرته»
