شهر الله المحرم

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد خاتم الأنبياء وسيد المرسلين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد:
فإن شهر الله المحرّم شهر عظيم مبارك، وهو أول شهور السنّة الهجرية وأحد الأشهر الحُرُم التي قال الله فيها: {إنَّ عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِنْدَ اللهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْراً فِي كِتَابِ اللهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ذَلِكَ الدِّيْنُ القَيِّمُ فَلا تَظْلِمُوا فِيْهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ} [التوبة:36].
وعن أبي بكرة رضي الله عنهُ عن النَّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «السنة اثنا عشر شهراً منها أربعة حُرُم: ثلاثة متواليات ذو القعدةِ وذو الحجة والمحرم، ورجب مُضر الذي بين جمادى وشعبان» (رواه البخاري 2958) والمحرم سمي بذلك لكونه شهراً محرماً وتأكيداً لتحريمه.
وقوله تعالى: {فَلا تَظْلِمُوا فِيْهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ} أي: في هذه الأشهر المحرمة لأنها آ كد وأبلغ في الإثم من غيرها.
وعن ابن عباس في قوله تعالى: {فَلا تَظْلِمُوا فِيْهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ} في كلهن ثم اختص من ذلك أربعة أشهر فجعلهن حراماً وعظّم حرماتهن، وجعل الذنب فيهن أعظم، والعمل الصالح والأجر أعظم. وقال قتادة في قوله: {فَلا تَظْلِمُوا فِيْهِنَّ أَنْفُسَكُمْ} إن الظلم في الأشهر الحرم أعظم خطيئة ووزراً من الظلم فيما سواها. وإن كان الظلم على كل حال عظيماً، ولكن الله يعظّم من أمره ما يشاء، وقال: إن الله اصطفى صفايا من خلقه: اصطفى من الملائكة رسلاً ومن الناس رسلاً، واصطفى من الكلام ذكره، واصطفى من الأرض المساجد، واصطفى من الشهور رمضان والأشهر الحرم، واصطفى من الأيام يوم الجمعة، واصطفى من الليالي ليلة القدر، فعظموا ما عظم الله، فإنما تُعظّم الأمور بما عظمها الله به عند أهل الفهم وأهل العقل. The month of Muharram great and blessed month, the first month of the Islamic year and one of the sacred months in which God told them: {The number of months with Allah is twelve months in the Book of Allah on the creation of the heavens and the earth; of them four are sacred, is religion, so wrong not yourselves therein} [Repentance : 36].
And Abu reel may Allah be pleased with him that the Prophet, peace be upon him: «Twelve year ten months of which four are sacred: three sequences Zul Dhu'l-Hijjah and Muharram, and Rajab Mudar which comes between Jumada and Shaban» (Bukhari 2958) and Muharram so named for being months taboo and confirmation of the prohibition .
And says: {so wrong not yourselves therein} ie in this Forbidden months because it  CKD and reported in the sin of others.
Ibn Abbas in the verse: {so wrong not yourselves therein} Callahan then singled in the four months Fjolhn haram and bone Ahramathn, make the greatest sin in them, and good deeds and pay the greatest. Qatada said in saying: {so wrong not yourselves therein} The injustice in the sacred months and Usera greatest sin of injustice among others. Though injustice all great anyway, but God maximizes ordered him what he wants, he said, God has chosen Sfalla of his creation: chosen from angels and from people messengers, chosen from speech mentioned, chosen from the earth the mosques, chosen from the months of Ramadan and the sacred months, chosen from days on Friday, chosen from the nights Laylat al-Qadr, what bone glorify God, for he magnifies things, including God's bones do when people understand and the people of the mind.
