تتكون قاعة اغادير من قسمين رئيسيين هما القسم الرجالي والقسم النسائي :
أولاً القسم الرجالي ويحتوي على :
مدخل الرجال الرئيسي . وهو عبارة عن مدخل كبير جداً يبلغ طوله حوالي 25 متر وعرضه حوالي 4 امتار وفي بداية المدخل كنبات خصصت للمستقبلين وفي اخر المدخل كاونتر مخصص للشاهي والقهوة.
مجلس الرجال الرئيسي. يتسع لاكثر من ثلاثمائة رجل، به مكيفات دولابية كبيرة، مكبر صوت MP3 وسماعات سطحية وميكروفونات لاسلكية ، بروجوكتور لعرض المناسبات السابقة التي اقيمت في قاعة اغادير.
مجلس مختصر للضيوف. يتسع لأكثر من 40 رجل، الهدف منه لاستقلالية الضيوف الاجانب.
مقلط الرجال. مقلط خاص بالرجال مفروش موكيت ويتسع لأكثر من 50 صحن، مدخل تقليط ينفذ على الشارع الخارجي به طاولة مخصصة للفاكهة وطاولة طعام وكراسي مخصصة لكبار السن ممن لايستطيع الجلوس بدون كراسي.
كفتيريا الرجال. عبارة عن مطبخ خاص للشاي والقهوة وبه ثلاجة كبيرة لتبريد المشروبات تتسع لأكثر من 30 كرتون ماء وبيبسي
دورة مياه الرجال. عدد 6 حمامات منها عدد 2 بكراسي افرنجي و 4 عربي واكثر من 15 مغسلة مجهزة بمستلزماتها من صابون سائل لغسل الايدي بالاضافة الى صابون بودرة (تايد) وصابون قوالب (لوكس) ومناديل التنشيف.
ثانبا القسم النسائي ويحتوي على:
قاعة النساء الرئيسية . بها 38 طاولة و 250 كرسي، منصة كبيرة تحتوي كنبات للعروسة وطاولة خاصة، القاعة تحتوي على نظام صوتي ( سماعات كبيرة ) كما تحتوي على نظام إضاءة خاص بزفة العروس، وممر مرتفع لزفةالعروسة، القاعة مزودة بنظام تكييف عالي الأداء ونظام اضاءة قوية .
مختصر نساء . عبارة عن مجلس كبير يحتوي كنبات، معد للمناسبات الخاصة يتسع لأكثر من 60 امرأة .
صالة استقبال النساء. صالة كبيرة معدة لاستقبال النساء بها كنبات ويتم استقبال الضيوف بها وتوجييههم لاحد الصالات الكبيرة، وايضا بها طاولة كبيرة للضيافة.

بقالة داخلية. بقالة داخل قاعة اغادير يباع فيها هدايا والعاب اطفال وحلويات ومستلزمات نسائية (بادارة نسائية ).
انظمة الكهرباء. يتم تغذية قاعة اغادير عن طريق ثلاثة مصادر للطاقة الكهربائية:
