14- وضع معايير عالية لتقويم الأداء
{فَمَا اسْطَاعُوا أَنْ يَظْهَرُوهُ وَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا لَهُ نَقْبًا} [الكهف: 97]. إن القرآن الكريم، يعلمنا أن كل عمل يعمله الإنسان، لابد أن يكون مؤديًا للغرض الذي أقيم من أجله. فالردم الذي تم بنـاؤه بين يأجوج ومأجوج، والقوم المستضعفين، لابد أن يحقق هدفين؛ الأول، أن يكون من المتانة والقوة بحيث لا يمكن أن يحدثوا فيه ثقبًا ينفذون منه.
والثاني، أنه عال جدًّا يصعب عليهم أن يتسلقوه، ولقد حقق تنفيذ الردم هذين الهدفين، فعلى القادة حين يخططون لتنفيذ الأهداف أن يضعوا نصب أعينهم أعلى المعايير لجـودة الأداء، ليصلـوا بفِرَقهم إلى أفضـل النتائـج، وعليهم أن يُقيّموا ما أتمـوه من عمـل على المعايير المطلوبة للعمل، فها هو ذو القرنين، وبعد أن تماسك الردم وتماسك معه الشعب وتم العمل ينتقل إلى مرحلة اختبار العمل وكأنه يقول لهم: حاولوا أن تَظهروه... حاولوا أن تنقبوه... فلم يستطيعوا... {فَمَا اسْطَاعُوا أَنْ يَظْهَرُوهُ وَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا لَهُ نَقْبًا * قَالَ هَذَا رَحْمَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّي فَإِذَا جَاءَ وَعْدُ رَبِّي جَعَلَهُ دَكَّاءَ وَكَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّي حَقًّا} [الكهف: 97 -
