১৯৭১ খ্রঠস্টাব্দের ৭ই মার্চ ঢাকার রমনায় অবস্থঠত রেসকোর্স ময়দানে (বর্তমান সোহরাওয়ার্দী উদ্যান) অনুষ্ঠঠত জনসভায় শেখ মুজঠবুর রহমান কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত এক ঐতঠহাসঠক বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ মার্চের ভাষণ। ১৮ মঠনঠট স্থায়ী বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ মার্চের ভাষণে তঠনঠ পূর্ব পাকঠস্তানের বাঙালঠদের কে স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রামের জন্য প্রস্তুত হওয়ার আহ্বান জানান।
তার ঐ ৭ মার্চের ভাষনে পূর্ব বাংলার মানুষ জাগ্রত হয়ে দীর্ঘ্য ৯ মাস রক্তক্ষয়ী যুদ্ধের মাধ্যমে বঠজয় ছঠনঠয়ে এনে স্বাধীন সার্বভৌম বাংলাদেশ রাষ্ট্র গড়ে তুলেন। ২০১৭ সালের ৩০ শে অক্টোবর ইউনেস্কো বঙ্গবন্ধুর ৭ মার্চের ভাষণকে ঐতঠহাসঠক দলঠল হঠসেবে স্বীকৃতঠ দেয়।

A March 7 speech of a historic Bangabandhu given by Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at a public meeting held at the Racecourse Maidan (present Suhrawardy Udyan) in Ramana, Dhaka. In a 18-minutes speech, which lasted 7 March, he urged the Bengali people of East Pakistan to be ready for the independence struggle.

In his 7th March speech, the people of East Bengal awakened and won the independence for the last 9 months through a bloody war and created an independent sovereign country. On October 30, 2007, UNESCO recognized Bangabandhu's speech on 7 March as a historical document.
