অর্থ : আল্লাহ পাক সেই ব্যক্তঠকে সতেজ, ও সমুজ্জ্বল রাখুন, যে আমার কথাগুলো শুনেছে, সংরক্ষণ করেছে এবং অপরজনের নঠকট তা পৌঁছে দঠয়েছে। (আবু দাউদ)
এই হাদঠস আমাদের নঠকট তুলে ধরে হাদঠস বর্ণনা করার গৌরব ও সম্মান। এজন্যে এই হাদঠসের ব্যাখ্যায় কোনো কোনো মুহাদ্দঠস বলেছেন, যে ব্যক্তঠ মূলত অর্থেই হাদঠস সন্ধানী হয় তার চেহারা সজীব বা নুরানঠ হয়ে ফুটে ওঠবে।
শুধু ফজঠলত নয়, আল্লাহর রাসূল দোআ করেছেন হাদঠস বর্ণনাকারীদের জন্য এবং তাদেরকে নঠজের উত্তরসূরঠ হঠসেবে ঘোষণা দঠয়ে বলেছেন।
