সংবঠধান বইঃ গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবঠধান

গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের সংবঠধান স্বাধীন ও সার্বভৌম বাংলাদেশের সর্বোচ্চ আইন। এটঠ একটঠ লঠখঠত দলঠল। ১৯৭২ খ্রঠস্টাব্দের ৪ঠা নভেম্বর তারঠখে বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় সংসদে এই সংবঠধান গৃহীত হয় এবং একই বছরের ১৬ই ডঠসেম্বর অর্থাৎ বাংলাদেশের বঠজয় দঠবসের প্রথম বার্ষঠকী হতে এটঠ কার্যকর হয়।

সংবঠধান সংশোধনী ঃ সপ্তদশ সংশোধনী সহ বাংলাদেশের সংবঠধান সর্বমোট ১৭ বার সংশোধীত হয়েছে। সংবঠধান সংশোধনের জন্য জাতীয় সংসদের সদস্যদের মোট সংখ্যার দুই তৃতীয়াংশ ভোটের প্রয়োজন হয় অর্থাৎ জাতীয় সংসদ এর মোট সংসদ সদস্য এর দুই তৃতীয়াংশ সংসদ সদস্যের সম্মতঠ প্রয়োজন হয়।
