【ストーリー】

襠暦2072年、人類はX・Y・Zに続く第四の次元軸『W』に存在する無尽蔵のエネルギーを取り出すことに成功し、それを個人携帯用の次元間電磁誘導装置「コイル」に供給する「世界システム」を完成させたことでエネルギー問題を解決し、一見夢の未来世界を築いていた。

しかし、美しく甘い夢の裏には汚く辛い現実があった。

無尽蔵のエネルギーをもってしてもなくならなかった貧困格差は、正規ルートを通さない「不正コイル」による数々の犯罪、警察の手に負えないほどの力を持つ不正コイル犯罪者達をも産だ出したのだ。

これは、未来都市セントラル47を舞台にした不正コイルの「回収屋」キョーマと、奇妙な相棒ミラの物語である。
