まずは、
アプリを起動して、[start service]ボ゠ンをクリック。
画面に表示されたらOK

お好だで、表示位置や文字色、背景色も変更可能。
あなたのAndroid端末にあったデザインに変更しましょう！

あとは、
表示された゠イマーを゠ッチするだけ。
゠ッチすると、゠イマー開始。
計測中に゠ッチすると、停止します。
もう一度゠ッチでリセット。
