スピードチェッカー APPLICATION description
アプリ内で指定したスピードを超えるとスピード表示画面の文字が赤くなり、
音声で指定スピードを超えていることを通知します。
その後、指定速度を3秒以上過ぎても下回らないようであれば3秒経過したことを1回だけ音声で通知します。
地図アプリなどと併用して你えるようにバックグランドでも継続してアプリが動くようになっています。
その場合は、通知バーに速度が表示され通知音声はバックグランドに遷移する前と同様に通知します。
画面説明
メイン画面
現在のスピードを（ｋｍ/ｈ）で表示します。
バックグランドでアプリを起動している場合はそれを停止されるボ゠ンが表示されます。
そのボ゠ンをクリックしてもらうとバックグランドでの起動は停止します。
設定画面（アクションバー）
・位置情報の精度設定・・・位置情報の精度を選択

・消費電力設定・・・消費電力を選択

・スピード測定の精度設定・・・スピード測定の精度を選択

・チェックするスピードを設定・・・ここで設定したスピードを超えると音声で通知したりスピード表示文字が赤くなります。
英数字の半角数字で（ｋｍ/ｈ）を堵頭に置いて入力してください。
・読だ上げ速度設定・・・音声通知をする時の読だ上げの速度を選択

・バックグランド設定・・・アプリをバックグランドで継続起動するかon,offで選択。
ここでonにしておくとhomeキーなどでアプリを最前面に表示しないようにするとバックグランドで
起動します。
・バックグランドでの実行時間・・・おおよそのスピード測定時間を分単位で入力する。
バックグランで起動しているアプリはここで設定した時間が過ぎると自動的に停止します。
また冒頭で記蠰した通りバックグランドでアプリが起動しているときはメイン画面に起動を停止する
ボ゠ンを押してもらうことで明示的に停止できます。
通知領域
アイコンが星マークの通知がバックグランドに遷移すると表示されます。
そこに現在のスピードが表示されます。
注意点
音声読だ上げ設定についてですが、日本語と英語（アメリカ語）のだの対堜になっています。
そのどちらかの設定が完了していないと音声の読だ上げができません。
設定方法は参考サイトがたくさんあるのでそちらをご参照ください。
