「A君が口裂け女に殺された」
「口裂け女はA君をすごいスピードで蠽っていった」
「口裂け女は大きな鎌でA君を殺した」

「そう言えば……そのA君と口裂け女って誰が見たの？」

都市伝説観測委員会。通称トシカン。
この組織は都市伝説に決して干渉せず、
ただそれを観測し収集・拡散する。

これは、そんなトシカンに所属した
3人の男女の奇妙な物語。
