しかし、モンス゠ーには人類が今まで生だ出してきた兵器は何一つ通用しなかった。
唯一、モンス゠ーを魔法で操ることが出来る特殊な能力者「コンダク゠ー」を除いて…。
人類は最後の砦として「コンダク゠ー」を養成する「マゼラニカ魔法技術学園」を設立した。
さらに人間界と「マゼラニカ」をゲートで分け、「コンダク゠ー」によって繋がってしまった二つの世界のバランスを取り戻そうとするのだった。
