㈜마이건축사사무소 APPLICATION description
마이건축은 1989년에 미국 로스엔젤레스에서 Pacific Architecture Group 으로 태동부터 태평양 시대를 기대하며 시작하였습니다.
1996년에 서울에서 ㈜엠에이아이건축사사무소로 한국법인이 설립되었으며 2008년에는 ㈜마이건축사사무소로 개명하여
현재는 중국 북경과 청도 그리고 미국 로스엔젤레스에 지사를 두고 전세계에 개발컨설팅부터 건축설계, 신도시 개발, 리조트 단지 개발, 도심 재개발 그리고 복합 상업 프로젝트 등을 창조하는 혁신집단으로 발돋음 하였습니다.
20 여년이 지난 지금 저희는 태평양을 중심으로 로스엔젤레스, 한국의 모든 지방, 베트남, 싱가포르, 필리핀, 동티모르 등을 비롯하여
특히 중국에는 당산, 곤명, 청도, 평도, 북경 등 여러 곳에 마이건축의 역사를 창조하고 있습니다.
모든 개발 프로젝트는 분양성과 운영성과를 위해 다른 프로젝트들과 다르기를 원합니다.
이것이 마이건축의 설계목표이고 이를 위해 기존 생각을 뒤집어보고 새로운 것을 시도하며 항상 연구하고 경험하고 생각합니다.
이러한 저희 노력으로 마이건축의 여러 프로젝트들 (아산 스파비스, 용평 버치힐, 기흥 그린카운티, 송도 잭니컬러스 주택단지,
로스엔젤스 LA FACE, 이문 3-1구역 재개발, 김해 롯데시티, 남춘천 관광단지, 중국 당산 테마파크)은 유사 프로젝트의 원형이 되었습니다.
그리고 이러한 차별화로 저희가 설계한 프로젝트는 성공한다는 자신감으로 모든 프로젝트를 수행합니다. My building is in gestation since 1989 in the Los Angeles Pacific Architecture Group began expects the Pacific era.

Doteum currently has to innovate to create groups in Beijing and Qingdao and the United States with offices in Los Angeles, from consulting to development worldwide architectural design, new town development, resort complex development, urban redevelopment and commercial complex projects.
20 years later, we are including Los Angeles, every province, Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, East Timor around the Pacific, including South Korea
Especially in China, Tangshan, Kunming, Qingdao, Pingdu, Beijing has many places, such as the creation of the history of my building.
Development projects are different and want different projects for pre-sale and operational performance.
This is my design goals of conventional thinking upside down looking building new ones to try them and always think and study and experience.
My various projects of construction of our efforts in this (Asan seupabiseu, Yongpyong beochihil, Giheung Green County, Songdo Jack Nicholas housing,
Los Angeles LA FACE, variants 3-1 Redevelopment, Lotte Gimhae City, Namchuncheon tourist complexes, theme parks Tangshan, China) has become the prototype for similar projects.
And one of our projects are designed to differentiate these will do all that successful projects with confidence.
