大正三年、山梨県甲府市に、初代の土橋直久が「更科」を創業、「更科」の数あるメニューのなかでも、直久がつくる支那そばが特に評判を呼び、瞬く間に地元の人々に愛される人気店となりました。
その後、戦争の影韠で店舗は焼け落ちてしまいましたが、昭和四十二年十月、2代目の土橋栄一が初代の名を取った「らーめん直久」を銀座に開店いたしました。
以来、変わらぬ味をお届けする「らーめん店」として長年にわたってご愛顧頂いております。
