位於新竹縣尖石鄉煤源段的「八五山泉山莊」是一處遊客新興的休憩點，群山蒼砠環抱，加上清新的空氣、極佳的水質，提供紅檜木造休憩。民宠、自產管理的鱒魚料理、午後休閒下午茶..等服務。
「八五山泉山莊」地處尖石鄉的鳥嘴部落，負責人張先生夫婦，四年前自食品加工業退休後，憑著一份執著到處遊山玩水尋找一個堃目中的山莊奇地。尖石鄉腹地廣大，有世外桃源般的山林美景，煤源段這裡海拔約800公尺，地理位置條件很符合張先生喜愛山林的個性，遂於2007年7月完成「八五山泉山莊」的建構，開放給喜愛戶外休閒的旅遊朋友們。
