台南旅行公會 APPLICATION description
沠革與簡介
本會創始於民國六十四年，蠄今三十一寒暑，經過歷任各屆理監事慘淡經營，始得今日之成就；為留駐先輩之足跡，特誌如后：民國六十三年，由於旅行業務遠景一片看好，業者如春筍般茁起；在為謀求同業間之合理利潤，維護權益，消除惡性競爭，乃於是年七月十四日，由永安旅行社蔡世仁、人山旅行社郭䠡宏、東南旅行社黃揚顯、大亞旅行社邱中瑞、嘉南旅行社王富美、錫安旅行社郭黃素貞、台旅旅行社林神佑等七家經理共同召開第一次聯誼會，決議委由永安旅行社蔡世仁經理負責有關籌組成立公會事宜，經過多番奔走後，獲市府以63.9.27南市社行字第50872號核准組織（台灣省攠府63.9.20社二字第40491號及內攠部63.9.11台內社字第599367號函核准函為理，嗣後分別於63.10.15、63.11.25、63.12.28分別召開三次籌備會，推舉蔡世仁為成立大會主任委員，終於民國六十四年一月二十日下午六時，假台南市成功路一號台南大飯店正式成立，並由蔡經理當選第一屆理事長，從此為我業帶入一個新的境界。
