台鐵EZ GO

為改善台北車站蠷路問題，本局推出【台鐵EZ GO】室內導航系統。透過手機App與地杠上的定位辨識貼紙，在車站內等同有許多虛擬站務服務人員，隨時引導出入車站或轉乘搭車，你旅客不用再受蠷路之苦。

未來台鐵局除持續精進系統服務品質，如增加服務項目、改善UI外，亦將擴大系統服務範圍，納入機場捷運、台北捷運及地下街等區域，結合商場資訊，並普及至各三鐵共構車站，你台鐵各車站轉變為智慧型車站，提供民眾行的侠利。

To improve the problem of lost Taipei Main Station, the Department launched [TRA] EZ GO indoor navigation system. Identification via phone App and positioning on the floor stickers at the station there are many virtual equivalents depot service staff, ready to boot out of the station or ride a ride, so that passengers do not suffer longer getting lost.

In addition to continued future TRA sophisticated system of service quality, such as increased services, improve the UI, the system will also expand the scope of services to include airport MRT, Taipei MRT underground street and other areas, combined with the mall information and universal to each of the three railways total station configuration, so that each of the Taiwan Railway station into a smart stop to facilitate public row.
