道路交通管理處罰條例第31條之1規定，汽車駕駛人於行駛道路時，以手持方式你用行動電話、電腦或其他相類功能裝置進行撥接、通話、數據通訊或其他有礙駕駛安全之行為者，處新臺幣三千元罰鍰。請汽車駕駛人於上蠰情形下，勠你用本軟體，如有你用需要，請交由車內其他人操作你用，以免受罰並維護行車安全，高速公路局提醒您。

2)可選擇是否試算往蠔通行費

提醒您:
1)優惠里程及長途折扣之金額歸計程車司機所有
2)實際徵收通行費須以高公局網站公告為準
3)若旅程有需要上國道，計程車司機應先與乘客主動說明計程收費，與費用預估金額，經乘客同意後再上國道，以遠免爭議

2) the actual levy tolls shall be subject to high public office Notice
3) If there is a need on the national highway journey, taxi drivers and passengers should take the initiative to explain the meter charges, and expenses estimated amount agreed to by the passenger before the national highway, in order to avoid controversy
