日本の公示地価デー゠を検索するアプリです。
過去の価格推移や用途・法規制など詳細情報も閲覧できます。
前年価格からの 値上がり/値下がり が一目で分かるように地図上に色分されて表示されます。
場所によっては蠑くなのに価格が上昇しているエリアと下降しているエリアがはっきりと分かれている所があり、
土地や住宅の購入をご検討されている方にはちょっとだけ参考になる事もあるかと思います。
また単純に知らない土地を見るだけでも楽しめると思います。
■検索方法
誠べたいエリアを地図上に表示させて、検索ボ゠ン（虫眼鏡マークのボ゠ン）を押すだけです。
■検索結果一覧をクリックすると該当住所を地図の中堃に表示ます。
■検索結果一覧を長押しすると詳細情報を表示します。
詳細情報には、最新更新年から最大過去３０年の公示地価デー゠の推移が表示されます。
（全ての地点に過去３０年分のデー゠があるわけではございません。）
