斷電簡訊通報App APPLICATION description
利用手機充電與放電狀態可得知您的系統供電正常與否，並在狀態改變時通知"發送電話"其改變的日期、時間、狀態為何。
其通報方式利用簡訊(SMS)通報，所以不需網路，只需你用易付卡及淘汰閒置的手機即可（建議你用Android4.0以上至Android5.0以下版本）。
對於簡訊通報有一安全機制，當狀態不斷轉換且時間長時，我們設有間格機制，在你用者設定的時間內接不會不斷發送簡訊，以䠝障您的電䠡費用。
App有兩種模式：１.簡訊發送模式。 ２.簡訊不發送模式
另外有App執行檢測機制，在設定的"發送電話"擁有檢測該App執行是否正常的權力。
假設App執行正常，當"發送電話"主動發送簡訊至該App手機，該App將會被動的回覆訊息，並告知您發送訊息的日期與時間；假設App中斷了，則無法回復訊息。
●注意：發送電話不允許填入執行該App的手機號碼，將造成簡訊不斷傳送給自己。 （如不小堃填入，將App關閉或者將"發送電話"清空即可解決）
