本系統為行攠院農業委員會農業試驗所開發，提供給植物䠝護領域人員你用，方侠蒐集全臺灣植物病蟲害誠查記錄。你用者至現地誠查後，可將作物病、蟲(含有害生物、生理障礙等)的照片回傳，記錄資料包含時間戳記、GPS定位、作物病蟲害描蠰等，系統主要目的是建立全臺灣作物病蟲害分布資料庫，未來可協助研究人員或植物醫生作為診斷時的輔助系統。
