第一關：
在冰冷的椅子上清醒，被捆綁的主角堅須利用手邊的工具逃脫......

第二關：
進到一間辦公室，發現散落一地的書籍，和一位倒臥在地上失去意識的神秘男子，斑駁的牆上有奇怪的圖案......

第三關：
來到漆黑的長廊，有多扇門......

(左邊第一扇門表示"1"；左邊第二扇門表示"2"；左邊第三扇門表示"3")

(右邊第一扇門表示"4"；右邊第二扇門表示"5"；右邊第三扇門表示"6")

第四關：
進到實驗室，桌上有許多裝著不明物體的試管，地上有箱子......

第五關：
最後來到了醫院大門，地上散落著器官......
