어릴적부터 식당을 하셨던 어머님의 가르침에 '음식'은
'기술'이 아니라 '정성'이라고 하셨습니디ㅏ.
함께 먹을때 즐겁고 행복한 음식을 만들고 싶었습니다.
2012년 전라도 남악이라는 곳에서
'사회생활'이라고는 이름으로 고기집을 시작했습니다.
어머님의 가르침 그대로 기술보다는 정성으로
직접 발로 뛰어 신선한 재료를 구했습니다.
신안 팔금도에서 직접 재배한
모든 채소들로 행복하게 음식을 만들었습니다.

고객님들께서 제게 해주시던 말씀...
"옛날 엄마가 해주시던 밥을 먹고 가는 것 같습니다."
이말씀 한마디에 자신감을 가지고 용기내어
'남도돼지'가 부산 1호점을 수변공원에 오픈합니다.
왜 하필 횟집이 즐비한
수변공원이냐고 다들 물어보십니다.
'남도돼지'만의 자신감입니다.
돼지라고 똑같은 돼지가 아닙니다.
상권이나 브랜드보다 오로지 어머님의 손맛으로
