미스바 프로젝트 APPLICATION description
70~80년대 뜨겁게 일어나는 한국 교회의 밑바닥에는 간절히 부르짖는 신앙이 있었습니다. 교회 예배당에는 불이 꺼지는 일이 없었고 항상 기도하는 사람들이 있었습니다. 매일 새벽에는 하나님 앞에 통곡하며 기도하는 사람들이 있었습니다. 그런 뜨거운 기도를 통해 한국 교회에 하나님께서 많은 은혜와 축복을 부어주셨습니다.
그러나 삶이 풍요로워지고 잘 살게 되면서 하나님을 향한 간절한 신앙이 한국 교회에서 많이 식어지게 되었습니다. 매년 1천여개의 교회가 문을 닫고 있으며, 수많은 젊은이들이 교회를 떠나고 있습니다. 정기적으로 예배하는 청소년 및 청년 중 구원의 기쁨과 감격을 아는 사람이 10%가 채 되지 않습니다.
기도를 회복해야 할 때입니다. 한국 교회가 가지고 있던 부르짖는 신앙을 회복해야 합니다. 철저히 기복신앙을 버리고 순수하게 하나님 나라와 의를 위하여 기도해야겠습니다.
우리는 하나님 나라와 의를 먼저 구할 때에 우리의 모든 필요를 채우시는 하나님의 기적을 수없이 경험해 왔습니다.
우리는 각자 흩어져 있습니다. 다른 지역에 살고 각각의 교회에서 신앙생활을 하고 있습니다. 그러나 그 이전에 우리는 동일한 주를 섬기는 하나님의 지체입니다. 훗날 천국에서 영원토록 함께 지낼 하나님의 백성입니다.
미스바는 이스라엘 백성들이 나라에 위기가 닥칠 때마다 함께 모여 회개하고 하나님께 부르짖었던 곳입니다. 우리는 흩어져 있으나 이 땅의 부흥과 하나님 나라를 위하여 함께 기도할 수 있습니다. 미스바 프로젝트는 이를 위하여 만들어졌습니다. 매일 곳곳에서 기도하는 작은 미스바가 모여 하나의 커다란 미스바가 됩니다. 학교나 교회, 각 도시의 상징적인 장소에서 함께 기도해 나갑시다. 서로 얼굴도 모르고 알지 못하는 사이지만 예수그리스도의 이름으로 함께 모여 기도하길 원합니다. 누구든 기도모임을 주최할 수 있고 참여할 수 있습니다.
하나님과 온전히 동행하는, 살아있는 신앙을 가진 하나님의 용사들이 가득히 일어나기를 위해 기도합시다. 자신을 개혁하고 세상을 바꾸어 내는 하나님의 용사들이 가득히 일어나기를 위해 기도합시다. 죄인을 고치시고 구원하시는 예수 그리스도의 복음으로 능력있게 전도하는 하나님의 용사들이 가득히 일어나기를 위해 기도합시다. 한국에 부흥이 일어나기를 소망합니다. 나아가 한국이 예수님께서 이 땅에 다시 오실 그날까지 중심에서 세계 모든 민족들을 살리는데에 쓰임받는 나라가 되기를 소망합니다.
