저희 신포동닭강정은 80년대부터 20년이 넘게 닭강정을 만들어 오고 있습니다.

바삭한 식감을 위해 물엠을 이용해 바삭함을 살리고 텁텁함을 잡고 상큼함을 살리기 위해서 청양 풋고추를 넣기 시작하였습니다.

많은 시행 착오 끝에 지금의 레시피가 만들어졌으며 많은 분들이 기억해주시고 찾아와 주시고 계십니다.
