1. 강의보기
영단기 앱은 기특하게도 언제 어디서나 여러분들이 공부를 할 수 있도록 도와드립니다.
앱에 접속하시면 총 4가지의 강의실이 있으며, 이용 방법은 아래와 같습니다.

1) 프리패스/환급반/일반
프리패스, 환급반, 일반 탭은 각 강좌를 구매하신 영단기 회원님들께서 이용하실 수 있는 강의실입니다. 구매하신 강의 중 듣고 싶은 강의를 선택하시면 현재 회원님께서 수강 중인 강의 리스트가 보여집니다. 강의 리스트 중에서, 지금 공부하실 강의를 선택해 주시면 강의 목록이 나타납니다. 목록에 있는 강의들은 스트리밍으로도 이용 가능하시고, 스마트폰에 직접 다운로드 받아서 환경의 제약 없이 이용하실 수도 있습니다.

2) 즐겨찾기 탭에서는 영단기의 PC 홈페이지의 [내 강의실]에서 즐겨찾기 한 강좌 목록을 따로 모아서 확인할 수 있습니다.

*만약, 아직 강좌를 구매하시지 않으셨다면 "구매하신 상품이 없습니다." 라는 문구를 확인하실 수 있고, 강좌 리스트는 비어진 상태입니다.

2. 고객센터
영단기 앱을 이용해 주시는 소중한 여러분들을 위해, 단 한 건의 불편함 마저도 방지하고자 앱에서도 이용 가능한 고객센터가 존재합니다. 어려운 사항, 불편한 사항 등 언제나 저희 고객센터를 이용해 주세요:)
단, 고객센터 전화 이용 시간은 평일 오전 10:00~ 오후 19:00까지이며, 그 외의 시간에는 고객센터 메뉴가 오픈 하지 않으니, 기억해주세요!
고객센터 이외에도 공지사항, 도움말로 여러분이 불편함 없이 이용하실 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.

3. 강의 설정, 출석체크
강의를 보는 방법 (스트리밍/다운로드)은 물론 화질을 강의 설정 메뉴에서 직접 선택하실 수 있으며 필요한 경우 출석체크 기능을 바로 활용하실 수 있습니다.

Wi-fi가 빵빵한 곳 + 배터리가 빵빵한 상태라면 주저 없이 영단기 앱을 실행해주세요.
오늘 볼 강좌, 내일 볼 강좌를 미리 다운로드해 두시면 wi-fi 및 데이터 연결이 안되어 있을 때에도 언제든지 강의를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
