워드넷 ( WordNet ) 사전을 활용한 영어학습용 애플리케이션입니다.
워드넷 ( WordNet )은 영어의 의미 어휘목록입니다.
일반적인 영영사전과는 사뭇 다른 형태의 사전입니다.
영영풀이가 일반 사전과 달리 매우 간결하여 학습에 효율적입니다.
워드넷은 영어 단어를 'synset'이라는 유의어 집단으로 분류하여
간략하고 일반적인 정의를 제공하고, 이러한 어휘목록 사이의 다양한 관계를 기록합니다.
그 목적은 두가지입니다.
하나는 사전(단어집)과 시소러스(유의어·반의어 사전)의 배합을 만들어
보다 직관적으로 사용할 수 있고 자동화된 본문 분석과 인공 지능 응용을 뒷받침하려는 것입니다.
워드넷은 심리학 교수인 조지 A. 밀러가 지도하는 프린스턴 대학의
인지 과학 연구소에 의해 만들어졌고 유지되고 있습니다.

2. 메뉴
화면 좌측 상단의 이미지 로고를 클릭하면 슬라이딩 메뉴가 나타납니다.
이 메뉴중 주의깊게 보실 메뉴를 소개합니다.
가. 이미지파일삭제
- 단어의 연상이미지를 다운로드하여 학습하게되면 SDCard에 이미지파일이 쌓이게 됩니다.
- 단어를 삭제하여 이미지를 삭제할 수도 있지만 전체 이미지를 삭제할 때 사용하는 메뉴입니다.
나. 오디오파일 삭제
- 단어의 발음파일을 다운로드하여 학습하게되면 SDCard에 오디오 파일이 쌓이게 됩니다.
- 단어를 삭제하여 오디오를 삭제할 수도 있지만 전체 오디오를 삭제할 때 사용하는 메뉴입니다.
다. 캐시폴더 초기화
- 인터넷에서 이미지를 로딩하는 경우 캐시폴더에 캐싱을 하여 다음 로딩을 빠르게 하는데
- 이 파일들이 많아지면 SDCard의 용량을 낭비하게 됩니다. 이 메뉴는 캐시폴더의 파일을 모두 삭제해주는 기능을 합니다.
라. 애플리케이션 초기화.
- 애플리케이션을 처음 설치했을 때의 상태로 되돌아가는 기능을 합니다.
- 애플리케이션 폴더와 데이터베이스가 모두 삭제되고 새롭게 생성됩니다.
3. 워드넷사전
워드넷 사전은 오프라인에서도 사용가능합니다.
- 워드넷사전에서 모르는 단어를 원터치하면 영한사전이 그 즉시 팝업됩니다.
- 유의어를 기준으로 분류되고 간결하면서도 정확한 표현으로 효과적인 학습이 가능합니다.
- 인터넷에 연결된 경우 어원사전과 일반적인 영영사전도 제공하고 있습니다.
- 어원검색과 영영사전 화면에서 역시 원터치 인스턴트 팝업사전이 작동합니다.
- Visualize 버튼을 누르시면 검색된 각 단어 마다 워드넷 그래프로 시각화해서 볼 수 있습니다.
4. 영한사전
- 영한사전은 설정에서 선택한 Native Language를 따라 영한,영일,영러등과 같은 사전 검색이 가능합니다.
- 하단 중앙에 +버튼이 깜박이면 해당 단어를 관심단어로 등록할 수 있습니다.
5. 연상이미지
해당 단어를 제목에 포함하는 이미지를 검색해서 보여줍니다.
- 구글등 총 검색 채널 5개를 지원합니다.
6. 단어관리
사전을 읽다가 원터치한 모든 단어는 관심단어로 등록할 수 있고 관리되어 집니다.
단어의 검색 / 추가 / 수정 / 삭제 / 발음파일 / 이미지파일 다운로드 등이 가능합니다.

7. 단어학습
등록된 단어를 통해 복습을 진행할 수 있습니다.
단어의 다음 복습예정일을 10분 / 30분 / 1일 / 3일 뒤로 업데이트하여
단어의 복습 순서와 오늘 복습할 단어를 지정할 수 있습니다.
쉬운단어는 3일 후로 어려운 단어는 10분 또는 30분 뒤로 해서 계속 복습하면 되겠습니다.

8. 통계
등록된 단어와 학습기록을 통해 차트를 보여줍니다.
