진주교회

경남 진주에 소재한 진주교회는 일제 강점의 모략이 구체화 되던 1905년 10월 22일 호주의사이며 선교사였던 Dr. Huge Cullell에 의해 설립되었다. 이 후 일제 강점으로 암흑세계가 지속되던 때, 1919. 3.18 진주지역의 기미독립만세 운동과 1923년 형평사 운동의 시원(始原) 등 역사의 중심에 있는 교회로 성장하였고, 최근에는 Dr. Huge Cullell선교사의 선교정신에 따라 국내 65여 지역에 기관, 단체를 포함한 미자립 교회와 국외 36개 선교지에 선교사를 파송하거나 보조, 지원하는 등 선교사역에 심혈을 기울이고 있다.
